Corinna Bartz

Corinna hasn't even worked at Jimdo for more than a couple weeks! But we caught up with Corinna Bartz to pose a few burning questions. As one of our rookies in the German support team, she's been trying to answer Jimdo users' questions as fast as she can.

When she's not in the office and it's warm enough outside, Corry grabs her stuff, heads to the beach, and spends the weekends kitesurfing. She even once worked for kitesurfing school. But enough from us... Here's Corinna in her own words!

What I do first when I get to the office:

I drink my morning coffee.

My favorite dish at Sam's Jimdo Cafe:

I love Sam's meals with meat and fish - in all their varieties!

New Year's Resolutions for 2012:

Nothing special, just: think positive!

My favorite piece of clothing:

Anything that keeps me warm!

If I weren't in the office today, I would...

New Year, new blog post! We hope you all had a fantastic start into 2012! Jose did, too. He's one of the Spanish team members and is responsible for making sure Spanish and Latin American users get excellent support quickly. Just arrived in the office after new year's break, Jose's first task was to fill out this little questionnaire:

Make things happen!

That's what I do first when I get to the office:
I check out the beautiful view from the window right next to me!

That's what I miss most about summer:
Sunset at the beach after a fun day surfing with my closest friends!

When I'm not in the office you mostly find me here...:
At the pool, swimming; in the forest, running like a mad man and chasing bunnies; around the city taking pictures.

What should Germans adopt from the Spanish lifestyle :
Crazy Spanish dance moves and drinking sangría at least once a day :-)

Paulina Ryters

Jimdo just keeps on growing - not only counting all the websites around the world, but also if you have a look at our team members here in Hamburg. As the newest employee, we would like to introduce to you: Paulina Ryters. She started in November 2011 on a mission to rock the Polish Jimdo Community together with Magdalena!

What I do first when I get to the office:
I make tea or coffee, eat something sweet, check my emails and go to the Support meeting.

When I was young I wanted to be...:
...always happy!

My favorite thing about christmas time...:
...sweet laziness ;)

It plays the new albums of Tom Waits, Coldplay, RHCP and Florence & The Machine...and actually, every hour it switches to the next.

More Roberts in our team! Yeah! While we're still figuring out what works best to differentiate between our two Roberts, here's a chance to meet one of them: Robert Kowalski. Robert #2 joined the Jimdo team a couple of weeks ago. Since then he's enriched the development section in our office. Time to learn some more about Robert!

Creating awesome features.

What I do first when I get into the office:
I turn on my notebook, read my emails, and then join the daily standup meeting.

One thing I definitely want to do before I die:
I definitely want to travel around the world.

Janina Christiansen

Janina is one of the 'older' ones in the Jimdo office! In particular that means, she has been working here as a designer since 2007. Besides her creative streak she enjoys dancing....
